"Apartments are filled with crime , and drugs ! The person you talk to over the phone is rude !!! My mother was attacked in her apartment .. & they did nothing to help us , get inside of her apartment to get her stuff ..These apartments need to be shut down!! Do not move here !"

"I left two stars only for the sake that I’m grateful to not be homeless right now. I’ve lived here since November of last year (3 months) and I am yet to receive a mailbox key. I’ve called custom service over 20 times since being here and have been hung up on and treated rudely for calling for the same issue. I’ve been gaslighted by office staff by being told twice and to my face that my “key will be personally delivered” to my home address. That was in January. For months Brookview told me the post office is responsible for giving mailbox keys but the Post Office confirmed they don’t after speaking with staff in the post office, my mailman, and filing a ticket via phone. They’ve as I was. The physical office is also closed to the public, including tenants, so pretty much there’s nobody available to be held accountable. Corporate is an email that the office staff email from so you’re basically getting the same bad service from the same people. Just don’t do it…you’ll be as p’ed off as me. *Update: I am moving this month and thought I’d add to my previous review. DONT MOVE HERE. 1. There is no “corporate office” to call or email. They’re owned by someone in another state who is anonymous. The third party company they use to deal with tenants is rude and can do nothing but pass your message on. You’re not guaranteed a follow up. They don’t value or care about tenants PERIOD. Call the number associated with the google post and see what you get…that’s what you should expect."

"The Management here is worthless ever since it took over! You cannot even call the office or get through! The phone line is always busy! They do not maintain anything due to repairs! Safety issues within the community! Please do not waste your time and find somewhere else to live! The office door is never unlocked or open in case you need to go inside! They just have a box to drop rent! What if there was a true emergency! The management and apartment complex has went completely downhill since the new management took over! Thank you!"

"The maintenance lady that answers the phone is extremely rude she called us “ you people “ I repeated and asked her did you say you people she said yes! The toilet flooded my whole Downstairs and the maintenance lady would not send out maint it’s been 3 days still my apartment has soiled floors. She told me to go get a carpet cleaner and clean it myself. This flood has happened twice and I been here for 1 full month. They fully so called got a plumber out here but refused to have them fix to correctly because if the cost. I have small children with sinus and asthma problems now the have to walk in soiled floors because she refuse to get someone out to sanitize and clean my carpet. She told me to take pics and send to corporate. What will fix the problem is if they will dig up this dead tree roots because it keep backing up and flooding my downstairs. Maint lady said it was too expensive to fix it will not happen. Plumber came by said I should not have this problem again but maint lady will not dispatch maint to clean carpet and sanitize. So me and my family is sitting here while mold set up and dangerous things from this soiled water coming from the toilet."
