"Very unhappy here. Don't plan to renew lease. Can't never reach management to make arrangements on my balance for rent. I've called multiple times, emailed and even went by office a few times but door was locked. Mice have taking over. They run this place. Once my lease is up I have to leave. My depression has gotten worse living here. I've never iny life seen a management office that is never reachable."
"Don't move here unless you're willing to deal with roaches and lazy Maintenance. They turn our water off without letting anyone know. Still haven't turn our water back on yet. And as for the roaches it's a real problem here. I regret moving here and can't wait to end my lease with them."
"My daughter and I was looking at this apartment. There was a random whole in the floor and all of the sq footage was in the unfinished basement. We decided to pass on this complex and when I asked for my Admin fee back I started to get the run around. No one will return my call stating per my receipt the application fee is non-refundable which is true. However that does not apply to the admin fee. I would say stay no run away from this apartment complex."
"I moved here from Chicago Illinois, this has literally been the worst place my children and I have ever lived in. My unit has been broken into, and flooded. On top of the roaches, mice, and bedbug infestations. People shooting in the apartment next door to me, folk’s breaking into and living in bandos, crackheads, and drunks outside loud asl everyday all night. Please don’t ever move here!!! sooo run down needs to be torn completely down, bugs coming out the walls and baseboards. Trash outside everywhere flys, and loose dogs everywhere like the DUMP. Terrible neighborhood and False advertisement this a scam. DONT EVER MOVE HERE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!."
"I applied to one of their sister locations (Glen Ridge Manor) almost a week ago. I spent $150 in fees, however no one has responded back to me in regards to a decision on my application. I can't get in touch with anybody in office after calling and emailing numerous times. It seems like there was never any intentions to process my application, they just wanted my money. Don't apply here or at any of their sister locations."
