"They rented me a mice infested, roach riddled, bed bug nest of an apartment! When I tried to get them to help they wouldn’t! So I called the health department who agreed the unsealed dwelling is not up to code! I lived there 3 months and had to leave everything behind. The amount of pesticides almost killed my dog. I’m extremely grateful for my friends who let me come crash with them to save his life. I’m disappointed in the service I received all around. Toilets, sink, and tub backs up if your in any unit#4! I went days without shower and toilet. As well I can’t eat out that kitchen with waste water coming up. My fridge broke and it took them so long to fix it all my food spoiled it just wasn’t safe. Gun shots in the parking lot ! Drug dealers living in the cars. If I could rate no stars I would!"
"U guys rented me a mice, roach, bed bug infested apartment. Took all my money knowing I was fleeing domestic violence and then when I tried to get y’all to help NO ONE would help me. You rendered me homeless and got the nerve to send me a survey?! DO NOT RENT HERE THEY ARE THIEFS! I caught 17 mice in 4 days as they did nothing the walls are unsealed and even the health department agreed they are wrong!"

"I live in a pangea property in Chicago 80th/Morgan for like 7 years or more...my property manager is everything and more, the maintenance team is the best, and my neighbors are great...cause my property manager don't play.she do her job very well,but I'm looking to move to Indiana. Something different. I see mixed reviews here. I don't want to move somewhere I have to deal with roaches,rats,garbage on the ground instead of the dumpster. I want to come look at an apartment"
"Stay away from this place!!! They discriminate against Hispanic family just because of ethnicity! Was living here, and was a very quiet family, always had rent up to date, then the new landlord tried to frame me and remove me from the apartment complex in January without giving me a reason. They just said they are the owners, and they can remove people they don't like without giving a reason. Again, stay away!!!!"
