The wiener comes and goes out of peoples apt with no warning and as As she pleases. Her personality and attitude toward anyone of color or has kids is disgusting!!! I hate it here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"Landlord/owner Sharron castle is a rude, cranky, crazy women who needs to be admitted into a senior citizen home. She hates young people, she’s racist and been arrested and hit for her racism by a tenant she doesn’t give out leases and she hates when you touch her Precious grass. The pool hasn’t been open in 3 YEARS now but she will blame it on whatever she wants. She acts like she’s above the law and can’t be touched. She’s walking into peoples homes and threatening people and needs her renters license revoked immediately she bribed and threatens everyone in the apartments to do her bidding and makes this COMMUNITY FEEL LIKE A PRISON. Doesn’t take care of apartments and will keep your deposit illegally."

"I work here for a nice elderly lady, I am a home healthcare worker. The landlord here doesn't like my client. She makes me park away from the front door, even though I am the 1 and only driver, my client has no car. This landlord towed my car today within 45 minutes because I parked in front of the door, so my client could get to her cancer treatment. Now my client has to reschedule her appointment, the doctors are having to move her appointment, all because this lady holds a grudge. There are NO parking signs, NO parking numbers for specific parking spots. There are no handicap parking areas designated. There are no signs saying she has the right to tow any car. I HIGHLY do not recommend this comex if you are looking for a place to live."
