"Brittney was wonderful at the desk. Did everything she could do. But after finding bed bugs in two rooms it was still very hard to get a good night sleep in the third room. They need to fix this problem and otherwise it would be a nice hotel for the price."

"I don't know what happened to my old review. I stayed here like a few years ago. Where they robbed 400 500 dollars or so. I called and told them that I left. They over charged 200 something after leaving. Then I called again, few times and they charged me another 200 something"

"Location was fine. However the price of the room was definitely not worth it! Our room was dirty from appliances down to sheets and towels!! The kitchen staff lady was very nice however her food safety skills definitely could use some brushing up as I seen her licking her fingers , touching her hair while handling food! The next day was corrected as she wore gloves but it seems as I heard them getting on guest about things that should not have mattered to the hotel employees. However overall staff was pretty polite!"

"The staff was wonderful. Everybody was very helpful. That being said, this place needs a deep cleaning. Carpet in the hallway is nasty. Room smell funny with water damage. Looks like everything is a long -term temporary fix. The pool area should be closed. The hot tub looks like somebody threw a hand grenade in it."
