"The room was nice. The patio was really nice! The pool room appeared to be nice, but it was SUPER echoey. Now, I understand it's going to be loud in an enclosed tile/concrete room, but this design was not well thought-out. If anyone else wanted to enjoy the pool with our group of kids, they would have been driven out due to the echo alone. It was LOUD in there. Additionally, we couldn't get the fire pit on the patio started and my nephew scraped his foot (pretty badly) on the ladder in the pool and the hotel was unable to provide a band-aid, and seemed pretty unconcerned about the issue. The staff checking us in was nice, but otherwise, nobody seemed overly concerned about providing excellent service. Also, note: the breakfast is not included."

"Our room smelled like sour wet washcloth, the pillows were flat and made sounds like crinkling paper when you move. The heater in our room was blowing cold air. The pool is small but the hot tub is nice. However, the pool room is freezing cold, usually the pool room at a hotel is heated to make being in a bathing suit more comfortable out of the water. We looked for bed bugs based on other reviews but did not find any. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately with all of the issues we encountered we likely would not stay again."

"Great experience both times I stayed here. Very clean and good location. Only thing I would say is that they don’t have a free breakfast but they do have a Starbucks."

"The front desk clerks were both very nice and personable; however, we went down this morning to buy a cup of coffee, and those clerks were incredibly rude. They stood there, looking at a ledger as if we weren't even standing there. Finally, my niece asked if they were open, and the one with blondish hair looked at her like she was crazy and said: "For 10 more minutes." Wow. Very rude and unprofessional. Both acted like we were bothering them. They need some customer service training. Also, one of the back doors was duct taped, and anyone could have walked into the hotel near our room. You could at least provide free coffee for guests, and I don't mean that waffe (water coffee) in the rooms, and please take care of the security issue on the first floor."

"If I could rate this a zero star I would. Upon checking in and going to our rooms. My daughter in law always checks for bed bugs because she’s traveling with a baby. The bed was COMPLETELY infested with bed bugs! Alive huge bed bugs! It was disgusting! We immediately left and went downstairs and talked to the lady at the desk. She was very nice but her hands were tied. We sat there and argued with them for over 4 hours! With me my husband, our 2 daughters, son and daughter in law and 1 year old grandson! Completely ruined our first day! We wanted a refund but they said they couldn’t because we booked through booking. It was a complete and total mess. If that room had them as bad as it was then the rest of the hotel does too! They continued to rent out rooms and not say anything. Potentially exposing those guest to bed bugs. I didn’t want to cause a scene and start telling everyone what they we’re walking into. The amount of live bed bugs in that room was unbelievable! The whole seem of the mattress that was against the wall was covered ! Be careful!"
