"I hate this place. I have lived here for 12 years and it's going down big time. Drugs, mold, bed bugs just to name a few of the things that go on in this building. I should know. I've been here longer that most of the people in this building. I'm thinking of moving my azz out. This place is a joke. Anyone who praises this building is nuts!!! Oh yeah another big problem in the building is rats and I'm not talking about the animal I'm talking about people ratting on each other and going to the office. Too much damn immaturity."

"I'm paralyzed and police woke me twice in one night telling me to be quiet the second time they came for yet another complaint the officer asked for TV remote and I told him to go get it from where he had put it up again lady's and gentlemen I'm paralyzed"

"Live here less than a month been accused of smoking in my room twice because they just open the door and walk right in on you I wasn't dressed this morning when she just walked in on me and the smoking thing I don't smoke so you figure that out"

"Not comfortable with the rules and regulations. Office manager changes them without my knowledge sometimes. Have lived here for 2 years."

"Income based, quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Bus stopping literally at the front door. Clean, and great prevention of infestations by inspecting items that have a likely hood of carrying any unwanted stowawwys. Assistance to get support from various local programs. A few neighbors like to get into others business, then again those are in any living situation. Kind of an expected when renting, even more so when an apartment."
