"This place seems nice but I was trying to look at the floor plans and look at the square footage of the bedrooms and it was just extremely blurry and I couldn’t read it at all."

"This morning the ladies from the office had a table setup at the entrance of the complex with donuts and drinks for the kids and parents waiting for the school bus and for residents coming and going into the apartment complex. I have never seen that before anywhere I've lived or anywhere anyone has lived. That was the most thoughtful thing I have ever seen. I know my kids really loved it. Way to go Springview!"

"I applied and got my apartment, and I couldn't be more happier. The manager Tina and Leasing agent Thomas, was so nice and very professional and very helpful. The maintenance people are nice and helpful and I love my apartment . Have not had any issues with anything. I'm sure I will be a long time tenant."

"These apartments are ok. I am frustrated more with not being able to call the office & get in touch with anyone. Anytime I have questions, they go unanswered or they take more than a week or two to get back to me. I just wish people cared about the ones who live in their apartments rather than just getting a paycheck. Please be better property owners/managers!"
