"The owners of Meadowood apartments are at it again. Last year they raised the rent by almost $100. Now this year, they are doing it again and raising rent prices by another $100. So in the past two years, they've raised the rent by $200 and done nothing for the tenants to justify that expense. It's like if Bank of America owned an apartment complex. That's what it feels like. This is especially hard on the retired tenants that are living on a fixed income. Now they have to decide which bills get paid this month and which ones don't. You would think they would provide some new services or new appliances for the apartments. Nope. My recommendation, if you're going to spend $750 a month on an apartment. Go somewhere else. There are many newer apartment complexes out there with better appliances, swimming pools, and carports that charge the same or even less. They're charging $750 a month for apartments that they only charged $550 a month 2 years ago. You do the math."
"The owners of this complex have just raised the rent at this complex by 25%. All while providing little to no maintenance at the complex. Every time it rains, the parking lot and sidewalks flood. There's gutters that are completely detached from the building and multiple occupants have issues in their apartments that the owners will not fix. The owners had low flow toilets, shower and sink faucets installed. Which promptly blew out the water mains of an entire building. And these people have the nerve to raise their rent on the entire complex by almost $100. And do you know why they did that? Because they saw what other apartment complexes were charging in the area and they thought that they were losing out. In other words, they did this to their longtime tenants out of pure greed. In fairness to the manager, she tried to tell the owners that was too much at once. And they promptly tore her a new one. Nice people"
"I have lived here a year and half .I like the park like setting it is peaceful and quiet. I really like the one level. They are older and can use better lighting outside but all in all a good place to live. Management tries to address issues as soon as possible ."
"I've been a tenant for 3 1/2 years...love my apartment! This is an awesome location close to everything and kind of hidden away from traffic. It is a single story complex, very quiet in a somewhat wooded area. Beautiful in all seasons. Management is awesome! They have taken care of all requests in a timely manner. Plan on being here for quite some time!!"
