"I broke my wrist, so went here after urgent care. They were very helpful and took care of my problem."
"I broke my ankle had surgery and I'm going back to work a full month and a half earlier than expected at the beginning. Dr. Worman and his team are truly a blessing. EVERYONE I encountered during the process were extremely nice and professional. I have no issues, besides having to build up strength in my leg, from not using it. Dr. Worman my family and I thank you. You are a great surgeon."
"Doctor Foulk is nice enough, the problem is there is never any parking. And if you're there for problems getting around and you have to park 1/2 a mile away and walk it's really a pain (literally)."
"I actually felt that the doctor/surgeon did fine other than the fact that I never got any written information as to what happened at my appointment. My daughter broke her hand and after 6 weeks we went and he released her to go back to athletics and never gave me anything in writing. After finding out from our athletic trainer at school that she had to have a return to play documentation I called four times in one day to try to get it and did not receive it. Then the next day I called and told them that I needed it the day before and still hadn't received it and they promised it by the end of the day that day and I still did not receive it. I guess to me it was very frustrating because as a doctor I would assume that you would know that if she is going back to sports when I specifically ask what sports she could return to he would know as a doctor that I needed some kind of documentation.I am sure that we are not the only school that requires that. The people that I talk to basically acted like they didn't have time to do it and that I should have gotten it at my appointment and I should have asked for it. With this being the first broken bone my kid has had I didn't know I needed it and no one ever told me I needed it I'm not sure how I would know that as the patient. Unfortunately this is going to set my daughter back as far as practices and she will not be able to play in her first games because of this. I'm still not sure if I'm ever going to get the information that I need for her to be able to play sports again. I am not sure how they can withhold this from me, but they seem in no hurry to get it to me, And I don't know what else to do. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer care or customer service and lack of concern for the urgency to have it done."
"I had a serious ankle injury and showed up 2 minutes late even called to tell them I was on my way and would be late. Their door was open, not locked, receptionist still working and they denied me service. If a healthcare team is truly there to help people then they should be willing to treat. I will not be visiting this clinic and would not recommend them."
