"Have been coming to Dr Duck for 19 years today for the first time I spoke with the rudest most unprofessional and unhelpful front office person. When I attempted to call back in hopes of finishing the conversation it was apparent the phones had been turned off in an effort to avoid pesky patients."

"Dr. Duck is amazing. He is straight forward, but listens and answers questions without making you feel like an idiot. He knows how to talk with and support littles, tweens and teens. My son decided he was probably too old to go to Dr. Duck anymore since he sees kids. Then they had a conversation in which he was able to answer my son's questions in a funny and age appropriate way and my kid was like, yeah. I guess I can still go to Dr. Duck. You can call on the weekend and HE answers. How many doctors do that? Not many. He cares about your whole child's wellbeing. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. I see lots of people complaining about the insurance piece, but that's on St. Vincent's. That's THEIR policy, so if you don't like that, then perhaps contact them, as Dr. Duck himself is amazeballs!"

"Turned away my friends asthmatic child while he was having respiratory issues because she didn’t have the physical insurance card. She had a digital copy and had provided all the info BEFORE the appointment. Very unprofessional to deny care to a child who is struggling! Also made a mockery of the “Do you identify as a male or a female?” while talking to an infant child. This doctor is not trans-friendly. This is not a safe place to take your children."

"Receptionist with was rude on the phone when I first called to switch my dr. which should have been my first clue. They had me switch my insurance over before I could even book my appointment then took me a month to even get my daughter in. No one told me to bring my insurance card and I always use the anthem app card anyway, they wouldn’t see me at my appointment because I didn’t bring the physical card. I let the receptionist with short hair know that no one told me and she argued saying that someone did tell me. After this experience, I just walked out and I will find another dr. I keep the same drs. so they just lost out on my daughters entire pediatric business. Find a new receptionist who tells you to bring the card or get with the times and take the virtual card at appointments like everyone else"

"This office is so good that if I leave a message I get a call back in 10 minutes most days. They're always kind and treat my new mom worries like they're valid no matter how dumb. I am deeply grateful for the blunt way Dr. Duck himself speaks. He manages not to talk down to me which I find a lot of doctors struggle with. Honestly this office is so good they've even contacted google about the bad google maps directions. Google tells you to turn too late. Just. They're an amazing and detailed focused office."
