"I started Jan 25, 2024 after having 5 herniated disks, in and out of another physical therapy and a steroid shot. I was feeling hopeless in this 11 month nightmare. When my Dr recommended IROC I was skeptical. After the first day I felt more hopeful. Then the first week went by and I saw progress, then the first month went by and I was able to be pain free. Here it is. Feb 27th and I’m able to lift some weights again, walk and do household chores again and I’m down -16 lbs. There are a lot of physical therapy places but only one IROC. They literally saved my life mentally and physically. ❤️"

"IROC has been a great place for my first experience with physical therapy. I was a little hesitant to trust in this form of healing for my knee pain. I am so glad I chose IROC. I’ve experienced much success in pain-free walking, and the ability to climb stairs again. The staff is so knowledgeable, patient and fun. Sometimes I forgot I was working hard on my exercises due to the fun and friendly conversations. The medical explanation as to why the exercises were chosen and applied to my situation helped me understand the importance of doing them at home, long-term. I could not recommend IROC more!"
"Awesome Awesome Incredible Amazing clean fun interesting and interactive including, but not limited to the hands on approach! All of the verbs listed above describe my experience at the IROC!!! I have tried several different physical therapies since 2020 for my bum knee! I came in limping and now I’m no longer walking with the limp! This is the only pt that has worked ! There are no pets running around like at FAST Track. They take their time to teach you and explain the therapy for long term goals. They answer questions!!! They are very fair with reasonable expectations"
