"I had to get a pre-employment physical done at this location. The ladies at the front desk and the medical assistants were welcoming and very kind. I arrived close to closing time but they were accommodating and worked very efficiently. My one complaint is how unprofessional the M.D was: Dr. Villavicencio came into the exam room and said “we need to escape” then promptly asked “Are you healthy? Great let’s get your paperwork printed.” And sent me on my way. He did not perform any patient care whatsoever. Overall not bad, but I would not return for any primary or urgent care."

"They do not use universal precautions. Doctor Villavicencio never washed his hands before cleaning my daughter's cut bleeding finger. He did not put on gloves. He had horrible bedside manners."

"The front end service was curtious and considerate of all the fellow patients as they entered. The cue and wait time was handled well even as the volume of patients increases. The clinician was organized polite and the facility was clean and in good order. I didn't ask, but the was also self serve coffee that I enjoyed while I was in the waiting lobby."

"My first visit experience was horrible, I got there about 1:30 and didn't leave until after 3:00 pm. The wait time entirely to long. The staff interaction was great, as far a reception and technician. I was there for a TB review. ? Test"
