"Edit: they replied asking that I come by the office yet I stopped by twice already today to be told there's nothing they can do at this time. Not a quality community to live in. Property management is not friendly or helpful. Maintenance is not responsive or effective. Dumpsters are left to overflow for weeks. If you use your private entrance you won't see notices which are not sent out via email and will be towed. Hot water will be shut off without any alerts. Other people's kids will have access to your building and will tear up your decorations. Some guy got shot and was running all over the property bleeding and no one sent out a community email to explain how the situation is resolved. Overall, poorly managed. I very much regret having signed this lease. Wrote this today because my car was towed last night and the only feedback was that they'll be putting up no parking signs eventually. In the meantime it was expected that I would have known not to park in the same place I've parked the last 5 months I've lived here. There's more to complain about but I'm moreso hoping to save someone else from the stress this place has put me through."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT, CHOOSE ANY OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX PLEASE. I have already left a review but after living here even longer, the list of complaints has only gotten longer and more ridiculous. Lets start with the first problem, the bath tub. It was leaking and took 3 different fixes to actually fix it. Not to mention the maintenance man who came to our door during this time asking for money. Yes, the people with the keys to your building are untrustworthy. Next complaint was not having hot water for over a week and the complex kept pretending it was the first they had heard of it. I called over 5 times and each time I was greeted as if this was the first time they heard that the WHOLE BUILDING was out of hot water. A few months later, I would be greeted with over 5 police vehicles because guess what, there was a shooting in the building across from us. We actually saw the guy who got shot because he was running around the apartment grounds. We have also had (assumedly) teenagers come through and rip decorations off our door. They will take anything hanging, rip it in half and throw it around the hallway. Lastly, I woke up this morning without a car. That’s because this lovely apartment complex towed the car even though there were 5 other cars out there and we have been parking there since moving in (around 5 months now unfortunately). I understand not being able to park somewhere, but if i have a parking pass I should at least get a warning as no one had said anything in 5 months. And yet my rent is over 1200 dollars even though from what i experienced this should be a $500 rent max with all the awful parts. So basically what I'm saying is please live anywhere else, I'm positive theres cheaper or at least the same priced places to live. I cannot wait to leave. Also last thing there's no cameras anywhere so that just adds to the unsafe feeling."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! The location and pricing drew me in, but other than that this place is garbage. I didn't have heat in my apartment for almost a month when I first moved it. There are always emergency vehicles on the property, they're called out here atleast twice a week and that's a minimum. I've seen people get arrested and I've also had to call the police on numerous occasions due to violence occuring in the building. I've had packages stolen and the icing on top just a few days ago my apartment was vandilized. If you want somewhere you'll feel safe do not live here."
"Nightmare. Don’t live here under any circumstances. You’ll be miserable even after you move out. I moved here last summer when it had just been purchased by a new property management company and was hopeful they would fulfill their promises to make it a good place to live. Within the first month, I had water pouring into my ceiling. Contacted emergency maintenance multiple times as well as the office and it took a month to get someone to come look at it. They left me with a massive exposed hole in the ceiling for two months. It took an entirely separate leak in the ceiling in a different place to get anyone out to come fix it. First, that’s a safety hazard. There was water dripping into my light fixture and my floor continuously and my dog & I were being exposed to whatever was in the ceiling for two months. When they did come repair things finally, maintenance stood on my own furniture to do so. Then, this past June, our water heater went out and we got notice that there would be no hot water for four days. They literally encouraged us to “boil water on the stove for bathing” in the meantime. Once they replaced the water heater finally, I had very little hot water for the rest of my time there. I couldn’t shower comfortably for more than 10 minutes. I would call and stop in the office repeatedly trying to figure out why I couldn’t get proper hot water that I was paying for— no resolution of course. Because of them not being able to provide comfortable living conditions for me and also not being able to solve any problems that arose in a timely manner, I decided to move out. I called to find out what all I needed to do, and they said to come get a move out form, fill it out and turn it in. I did exactly that and moved out on the date my lease ended. I’ve been waiting for my security deposit back, and have called multiple times to check on it. Every time I have called, someone in the office has said something different. First, they didn’t know where my check was. Next time I called, they confirmed my forwarding address and said I already should have a check in the mail and should be receiving it anytime. Now, today, I call back and I am told by the assistant manager that I owe over $1000 for not giving a 60 day move out notice. How am I supposed give notice if you aren’t providing me the things I am paying for and asking to be fixed and being ignored? They are legally required to send a notice and itemized receipt within 45 days of move out if they are not returning my security deposit. Today is day 44 and I had to call MYSELF to find out anything. Management will not take accountability for the things they are lacking on but will gladly take your money. If you care about yourself, go somewhere else to live."
"There are a ton of points to address in reviewing this atrocious apartment complex: -You are NOT SAFE at this complex. In addition to the lack of any security present or even cameras, there are MULTIPLE doors in this complex without doorknobs where someone has violently destroyed it. These are supposed to be locked, resident-only doors that are now useless in terms of keeping you and your children safe from intruders. -The gate does not operate, further adding to the lack of safety when living here. This allows anybody who could be a danger to you and your family to come into the complex. My girlfriend's CAR WAS STOLEN right out of the parking lot. Management refused to do anything aside from request a police report. No assurances to enhance security, help with the damages, nothing. -The upkeep on the property is awful. Consistently is there broken glass, garbage, empty liquor bottles, furniture, car parts, pot holes scattered over the road. Covered carports are on the brink of collapsing and given shoddy repair jobs. Trash cans are overflowing. Do not let the clubhouse's appearance deceive you. They're intentionally keeping the office's condition polished to TRICK you into thinking they take care of the whole complex. They don't. -The other residents who live here do not respect nighttime hours. Constantly are loud engines running, obnoxious music playing, people shouting in the parking lot well after midnight. If you value your sleep, go somewhere else. There is zero respect for other residents or enforcement of noise ordinances. -Management does not prioritize you as a resident. Their job is to solely fill the space. It's a turn and burn game for them. You'll receive notices that your car is going to be towed for expired plates, but there are non-road legal cars with entirely missing bumpers, doors, fenders, license plates etc that sit there with no issue. Management likes to broadcast PSAs about picking up dog droppings, however, maintenance hasn't emptied the trash cans in months. Either some residents are getting special privileges/treatment or management is inept. I could go further, but I think these are sufficient reasons to steer anyone from signing a lease with this third-world complex. I've also provided pictures as evidence of the abhorrent state of the property. What's hysterical about this these reviews are the generic, copy & pasted responses from the "owner." No recourse is to be had with the property management staff, you'll be thrust into an endless cycle of endless holds and missed appointments. Maybe you'll achieve some real facetime, but it will lead to no resolution, whatsoever."
