"I am quite confused at the negative reviews for Neurology Specialists. This is an incredibly hardworking team of individuals who have always gone out of their way to help me. They were consistently kind and helpful through some of the toughest years of my life post-head injury. They continue to be supportive of me as I complete my educational goals and continue treatment. Dr. Moore is hands-down the kindest doctor I’ve ever had, always takes time to answer questions, and genuinely takes interest in my treatment. He also is fun to talk to about advances in the field or new studies. He knows his stuff and really stays on top of it. I would recommend him to anyone."

"The staff at this practice treated my wife callously. When she made initial contact for an appt, she was given the ominous warning that a new patient form would be sent and that unless it was received filled out with her info, her appt would be cancelled. With that in mind, when a month had passed, (The appt had to be made months in advance, which is common.) we contacted them, asking for it. Then we did the same another month or so later. Never heard from them until their first contact on the day before the holiday weekend that preceded her appt. We were out of state, driving home from a vacation. She was told that unless they received that paperwork that day, she would not be allowed to see the doctor. We, of course did not have the resources to print a hard copy and scan the completed one, which is what they insisted on. When told that we never received the form, they insisted that they both emailed and USPS mailed the form. We never got either. We were told that my wife would never the less have to reschedule. (After waiting for about 3 months). I offered to fill the form out on Sunday for a Tuesday appt and was turned down flat. The staff was simply cold and uncaring. What an awful way to treat someone who came to them for help! My wife chose to get back at the end of the long waiting line with another neurology practice. No-one should be treated the way that office staff treated her."

The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, the nurse that took me back was friendly and professional, and Dr. Moore was very attentive, thorough, and helpful, and he immediately referred me to next steps to help hopefully get a diagnosis. After this first appointment, I’m feeling very confident about my treatment at this facility."
