"I want thank Tammy and Trey for the quick response to my work order. I had notice lately that the heat was not working correctly lately . So I call the office and talked to Ms. Tammy she told me she would get someone right on it. Within a hour Trey was knocking on the door and had the problem resolve within a1/2 hour. A high shoutout to everyone at the Preserve for getting my problem resolved in a timely fashion."

"I recently moved here. Tammy is very helpful at the front office. It’s a quiet smaller community, I like the amenities of my townhome, and the grounds are well kept. Neighbors decorate their doors for festivities. Also complex is right next to everything and right by Fishers. My only challenge was getting furniture into the door due to the stairs and wall. So must measure first or bring through patio. Also the parking for visitors is slim. No problem if you have no visitors. Other than that I like it!"

"We have lived here for two years and have really enjoyed our stay. We are only considering moving to get closer to my workplace. The front office personnel are great. The office ladies work hard at community building and their work is greatly appreciated! The buildings and grounds are well maintained, which isn't to say it's issue free. Maintenance has done a good job, though at times the repaired issue has returned. Overall, I am very happy we decided to live at Riverwood! Thank you for a great couple years!"
