"Great place except the geese that are never quiet and they haven't done anything about it. They have a lot of really good amenities and the maintenance department is top-notch... But those geese!!!"
"Maintenance team is amazing. We had our first issue with the apartment, no hot water for less than a full day. Submitted a work order at night and it was fixed the very next morning along with a note of what they did. They even came back an hour later to see if their work held up and it did!"
"This is a wonderful place to live, the people are very sweet and nice and I love everything you can do here, the game room and you can go watched movie on Friday and Saturday night in the theater room. There is a library I go to love that. I love the lake you guys have out here. I love living here."
"Repair service was excellent! Tom was pleasant and service quickly performed. Mark was on vacation but is also quick and competent when needed. All of the staff here are pleasant and need to be complimented on their excellent service."
"Close enough to 65 to be downtown in 15mins and far enough that you can’t see or hear the traffic. The front desk is very helpful and Mark with maintenance is really extremely helpful. If you have a problem, it get fixed and it is done correctly the first time. All around great place to live."
