"Good luck scheduling a routine exam. I’m presently waiting for someone to pick up the phone and we are going on TWENTY minutes. There’s no excuse for a wait like this just to speak to someone about scheduling something that isn’t complicated at all. The office staff is also never very friendly. I used to take my oldest to the location on Landmark and thought they were bad. Switched to Arlington in hopes things would be better, but apparently their office is ran just like Landmark and it’s pitiful. As I have long said, IU Health is one of the WORST things that has ever happened to Indiana."

"I have never been so disgusted with a doctors office in my entire life. The way I was talk to and treated in the phone when I needed someone to see my sick baby was beyond ridiculous. I tried to explain so many times why every option they gave me of a virtual visit wouldn't work and the woman I spoke with did not care and couldn't guarantee me that they would help my baby but "she would send a message". If all Riley is going to do are check ups in person then what good are ANY of the offices? We need you most when are Children are sick. That is when they need to be seen in person! That is when they need to be evaluated! This lacks so may of the IU Health "values ". Lacking a TON of excellence.... but mostly COMPASSION. I was supposed to be able to contact my daughters doctors office for medical help when SHE needs it the MOST! How unfortunate for it not to really work this way."

"Nurse practitioner Vicki does not listen to the patients and should not be a doctor for children IMO. Does not want to actually spend more than 5 mins in the room."
