"i have lived at Turtle Creek for 3 years now and have truly enjoyed it. Maintenance is always prompt and wonderful, and the property is well cared for. Management is always friendly and patient, and I'm hopeful to sign for a 2 bedroom with my partner and best friend after this years lease is up because this place has been a wonderful first home for me. I left a hard childhood home life and Turtle Creek has been a safe place to heal and grow and I hope to stay here."
"Been living here off and on for 5 years. Office and maintenance, specifically Reggie have always been very helpful. It’s pretty quiet here and I’ve always felt safe. I will say I notice a difference in how both buildings are kept. The building with the leasing office gets all the nice updates, but the other building looks more rundown. The walls still have not been painted like the other building over 6 months later. It would also be nice if they took better care of the volleyball and tennis court area so that it can actually be used."
