"I just recently moved out of these apartments. My first week here someone tried to break in. Homeless crackheads lived in the woods right outside my apartment. Leaving their crack pipes lying around. The office staff did not care and told me to call the police myself. This went on for over a year. They’re still living there. There’s bullet holes in the windows from a shooting that happened while I lived there. I frequently heard scratching in the walls which I assume were from mice. The property manager changed constantly as well as the rest of the office staff. I have footage of them entering my apt without notice when I was not home. However if I called for any type of maintenance they’re too busy to show up. They ignore pretty much all emails as well and rarely answer the phone. They’ve went drastically downhill in my 2 years there. Don’t pay 1,000+ now with inflation to live right next to crackheads and the projects."

"Those Apt are shady, will take money from multiple people for same apartment and deny you for any reason they can feel like. My denial listed I needed bigger deposits and a guarantor which I had both. They reason they said on phone was for a non violent 13 year old felony. The lady Lavinia I was working with avoided me and property manager basically said your denied and don't call back and bother us. It was immediate next day after they collected fees. And they make up fees for everything. Something very shady is going on in this office. I hope they fire them both. They had every intention of denying me from start. Don't rent here, read reviews. Burglary, break-ins, shady office ladies that seem high."
