"I've lived in this apartment complex for over 3 Years. Here is a detailed analyzation of the property, community, and Housing quality. Housing : The units are spacious. All rooms have plug outlets and closets. Water works fine however hot water seems to be timed. Pluming is connected to the same pipeline as your neighbors. Which sometimes mean if they have a backed-up clog line so do you. Apartment has railing and washer and dryer hook ups. They are nice apartments however most are deteriorating. Due to years of underlying issues being covered over or neglected. Mice infestation plays a large role in the deuteration due to the eating into wall plugs, nesting in walls, etc. With this being an apartment that offers assistance to single mothers. Having an infestation can be detrimental to younger children's heath. They do offer pest control, which provides traps and mice poisoning. The situation seemed to be pacified rather than eliminated. My best suggestion is to locate the outer entrance for the rats then take out the mice. Focusing on the mice create a control but focusing on the rat eliminates both. The apartment was on the news for roach infestation, as well. Many products used in repair seems to be the cheapest product on the market. Which seems to be very little investment into the quality of the apartment. Management: The apartment frequently changes management. I am not sure what the reason could be but if I had a guess. It would be management getting involved in residential disputes. There is currently new management. At the current time I don't have a solid opinion due to the process being so recent. However, I will provide an update. Community: Not a place to allow your kids to play outside. The children curse and harass other people children. The women (not all ) but quite a few, like to bother other women. Too many older women with unhealed trauma and no real goal. So, they focus their attention on you. Many can have complaints, and nothing will be done. Quite a few of the women don't like to see other women have anything! from a nice car, clothes or career. Unless you socialize with them and patriciate in talking down on the next person you will become a target. The apartment seems to be moving backwards, Enviromental wise. Laurelwood use to be an apartment complex with gang activity. Recently the apartment had what looks to be gang affiliation graffiti painted on the side of the building."

"Phones not working trying to reach out no luck came up there doors lock I have a family of 3 need a place ASAP I would leave a voicemail can’t because everytime I call my calls failed"

"The women in this neighborhood have no respect for others or their children’s safety. These are the worst apartments that I have ever lived in and I once lived in the meadows."

"If i could give it no stars, I would. I had family live here.. these apartments are trash. The people in the office "loose" files/paperwork. The maintenance would never fix things. And when they did. It was still broken. Not to mention they would come into their house and eat their food when they weren't home. I wouldn't tell anyone to live there. The people in the office are money hungry. They will say you owe them something and you don't. They will try to put you out. Do. Not. Move. Here. Kids are never watched. They play in the streets and don't move when cars are coming. Cars broken into. The park is where all the older teenagers play. And don't like to share the basketball courts will the younger kids. Not a good place. These are what you call project apts. Just nope."
