"My boyfriend lived her for a year and it was the worst. The hallway smelled so bad I would hold my breath until I got into his apartment. He was living in one of the half underground units and it flooded three times and left a good amount of water on the floor. Even the hallway out side of his door was flooded, completely soaking the carpet. There was mold everywhere and the ceiling in the bathroom leaked. I started having breathing problems whenever I hung out there and there were some neighbors who had to take their toddler to the hospital to get checked out due to mold. He was in one of the "remodeled units." The light switches and the fuse switches were painted over! It was also not done in time and he had to wait a couple weeks before moving in. When it flooded he stayed with his parents and couldn't live in his apartment for about a month. He tried to get that money back but didn't get it. He broke his lease and was worried about getting an eviction note on his credit but was prepared to sue them. They didn't bother to try anything because they knew they would lose. A lady talked to a news station back in February of 2015 with the same mold issues. Its cheap but not worth the danger."
