"I've lived here for 2 years and have love it. The staff is very nice and they work so hard to make sure this is a comfortable place to live. Patrick is extremely helpful in aiding with any issues that have arisen. The grounds are well kept and above all else I've felt safe in the place I've called my home."
"I have lived here for about a month now and things have been going well. Ron, property manger, always responds to any questions I have and ensures me I’m not bothering him. The apartment is small but I knew that before moving in. Quite and a good location. Not any grocery stores nearby though. Maintenance responds quickly and it’s easy to place a request. Apartment is also old but some things have been updated, again I knew this before I moved in. A few things to consider. You will likely have to change your renters insurance because they require that that your insurance covers bed bugs. Most traditional insurance agencies don’t cover so they have a company they recommend. The price is comparable to most rental insurance agencies. The water seems to be cut off every so often for routine maintenance but they do send you a message letting you know. So far I like where I live and feel safe."
"Gated community with laundry on site! Updated appliances and affordable rent. Everyone is friendly and nice, but keeps to themselves which is cool. Pet friendly too!"
"If there was a place for zero stars i would give them zero. My son and his roommate were charged for pipes that burst this past winter when the temperatures were -8 degrees. They claimed my son removed the pipe and caused the water to run all over the apartment. My son and his roommate did everything they were supposed to do and made an emergency maintenance request. The maintenance person was condescending and rude. They were initially told by Patrick that they would not have to pay for the damage but were later threatened with eviction and charged $1800. They negotiated down to $800. It appears from the other review that plumbing seems to be an issue in this apartment and rather than take care of it themselves, they will accuse the tenants of misdeeds and then threaten thim with eviction to get the plumbing repaired."
"I'm sad to say my time here has been less than appealing. The apartment is nice. However, my father discovered mental illness after a month of living there and I needed to leave to take care of him. The other tenant wanted to stay, so Patrick Malone was willing to let us change the lease over. I found a replacement tenant and thought everything was okay. Almost five months later after no contact from anyone, I find that I was not remove from the lease. The other tenant was accused of causing pipes to explode due to cat litter down the drain (this is because an unopened bag of litter was sitting near the sink after a shopping trip). I didn't know this until after payment was rendered. I talked to Patrick about being removed from the lease for real this time, considering my father is now retiring and still needs help. I had to take a different job with a major paycut and cannot afford to pay rent even if I lived there. The other tenant wants to stay and financially qualifies, but Patrick now will not let me out of the lease without paying over three paychecks worth in penalties for breaking the lease. Why would you need that money if the other tenant is taking over immediately and I am surrendering the security deposit? I'm thouroughly disappointed in Patrick Malone and Stallard & Associates for this situation. I would not currently recommend this apartment to anyone. I truly hope other landlords at this company do not behave in such predatory ways."
