The Vue Luxury Apartments

"I have lived at The Vue for 4 months now, and it has been an amazing experience as a first-time apartment renter. The entire property is secured by key fobs, with gates guarding the bark park and parking lot/garage. This setup offers both safety and walkability while living downtown. The staff is very nice and helpful, and always puts on amazing events for the residents. It's hard to choose between the Waffles & Mimosas or the Take and Bake Pizza for my favorite event; both shocked me with the quality of the food. It was incredibly delicious! Of course, the apartments themselves are amazing. My 1BR has a lot of space for everything I need, including a big couch, TV, desk, dartboard, and more, and the amount of countertop space feels endless. It feels like it truly embodies everything you'd expect from a luxury apartment."

"I lived at the Vue for over a year and I had a decent experience, but I wanted to share the reality I faced so that other people can make a true informed decision. While the apartments are very nice and there are a lot of amenities, I would not live here again because I do not think it is worth the high price tag. The gym spaces are very small and do not comfortably accommodate more than one or two people at once. The pool was closed for maintenance for almost half of the summer but we were still required to pay the same amount of facilities fees. The parking for guests is a nightmare. There are very, very few places for your guests to park and I’m sure will be even less when the apartment complex across the street opens. There is a large homeless camp behind the building, there is always trash everywhere and constantly fire trucks from fires they have started."

"We have lived here for 3 months so far and we moved from a quiet home in Fishers. First, the office is very responsive to any issues, but there really hasn't been much other than some lighting issues in the courtyard that they are working to correct. Layout is roomy in our apartment (largest 2BR) and the noise insulation between units if very good. The train is very close, but it doesn't bother us and our balcony faces the tracks. We kind of enjoy watching them go by, but it is too noisy to sit on the balcony between the interstate noise and the trains. My husband and I enjoy going to the coffee/tea room for a hot drink. One of the reasons we chose this complex was all the additional room/amenities that were available and the friendly staff. Bri was especially helpful and kind as we were trying to move in and always greets me by my name when she sees me in the hallway. The staff plan several social events each month (e.g., take and bake pizza, gift wrapping station, wine and cheese night, movie night, etc.). We are highly satisfied thus far."

"I love living here, gorgeous views of the city but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. Spacious open layout, most bang for your buck as far as square footage and amenities are awesome. Staff is helpful and professional, maintenance is prompt.. I have no complaints!"
