"This was one of the friendliest, and detailed tours I have ever been on. The property manager, Lori Adekanye, was personable, professional , and a very caring person while giving us the tour. The property is looked amazing! Everything was remodeled and the apartment complex looks very warm and inviting. I highly recommend touring and applying if you, your friends, or family are looking for a beautiful and affordable home!"
"***Beware ****** they will take your application fee money and will deny your application for absolutely no reason at all ! I have perfect credit and make 3 times the rent ! Squeaky clean background and was DENIED ! I called to ask why and Jessica the ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER could not provide me with a valid reason for denial ! She said she doesn't know ! As the assistant manager WHY don't you know? I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint against these apartments with the BBB for fraud !"
"I've seen ppl say apts are scamming them out of app and other fees. I can't believe it's happened to me. I have absolutely no reason for a denial. I was never contacted about a denial. I called after almost a week of silence and was told my application was denied. No reason given. No email notification. Nothing. I asked the agent who answered the phone if I'd be contacted with a reason she told me she wasn't sure. After reading these comments, I may have been denied a headache and for that I'm thankful but why was my money stolen???"
"if i could give 0 stars i would. i took my sister to visit the property and it was the worst apartment experience we have endured. the staff was ignorant and not professional. the women drove to show us apartment and she has the worst attitude ever and when we entered the apartment to check it out, we seen a roach. instead of the women apologizing for us seeing something like that, she argued that it was a “water bug” and not a cockroach. so i argued back that a “water bug” is a oriental cockroach . i was completely surprised with staff attitude and how as soon as we walked into apartment mid day there were roaches crawling around ( yes more than one!!!!) the inside of apartment was actually beautiful and really cheap but but the rude staff and roach infestation made it a HUGE NO."
