"The work was done by our maintenance man ALI, he came did a great job, He even explain the work that he was doing. Every time that I have a problem I pray that Ali come to do the work. I have been here over 20 years and he is the best. He greets you with a smile every time and leave with a smile. Also the work is done one time and right"

"If you ever need maintenance don't. I was left without power to my unit, no heat when its 30 degrees outside overnight into the morning. No power to my refrigerator for over 8hours. 24 hour maintenance is a joke"

"I rarely write reviews but felt like I needed to. Ill start with the positive, the only reason this place deserves one star is that the maintenance guys are friendly, and the rent is good!, they get you on trash and other added on fees but other than that I would not recommend this place as a home to anyone. I talked to someone the day before moving in and when I got here they told me I couldn't move in until tomorrow and that I couldn't use my bedroom for 2 more days. I signed a lease months before this. Then the pool, an amenity that I pay for, was never open and the reasoning was the chemicals weren't right in the pool and they didn't want to fix it. The amount of packages that get stolen from your front door is ridiculous, and now I have a big mouse problem. The last thing I think worth mentioning is that there is broken glass all over the road outside and near the dumpster. I have only lived here 5 months and the laundry list of problems never seem to end."

"Was looking for a place a did the application like around April 2023 and I never heard anything back so by that time I already got a place but they took $200 from me and canceled my application and I didn’t even know it was canceled until I checked and recently I called just to see what wassup and somebody answered and I told them what happened and they said they would call back and they never did. The money part it’s kinda messed because I noticed other’s experienced the same thing. You never know what others are dealing with."
