"The absolute worst!!!! It's the property manager and staff. Maintenance guys are cool. They only do what office says..so fault fault lies with the office. The light skin lady(maybe mixed or of latin decent) is very lazy, rude and has no knowledge. Lies and is very petty. Ditto for the property manager. Rude, petty and neglectful. Tell you what you want to hear (lies) on top of lies. Rodent filled trash dump with a lack of compassion, empathy, honor, and integrity.. It is a bad place to live despite how the inside of the apartment looks. The office staff makes this place an ugly place to dwell in. They will sublet on IHA so units get used as a trap spot bringing in crime. They allow other riffraff in from other apartments knowingly and no recourse for the crime and violence it brings. Poor lighting. They will not fix lighting all over complex. Easy crime target. Looks nice but everything is broken inside. It's takes awhile to get a hold of anyone. So good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. They keep their doors locked. They also have caller ID and will NOT answer your call. They will be petty if you ask for the basics to be fixed or have a complaint about your air conditioner. They will not honor carpet cleaning at all. Air conditioning units don't work bc they have been improperly taken care of. I know for a fact bc I had a professional just look at the picture I took of the unit and they said it had been improperly taken care of for years and the whole thing needs to be replaced. The office will try to blame everything on you despite numerous attempts to notify them of existing problems that should have been done prior to move in. Saw a big gathering of residents trying to conduct business(October 2023) with office but could not enter due to locked doors at 10 a.m and nobody picking up the phone. Plus a potential new resident who said she was fed up with calling so she would stop by ... But no luck there either. She took her business elsewhere. The office closes at 6p.m and they finally opened the doors at 530p.m. Some nice residents.. and some rude residents. Just have to watch out bc it's baaaad. They let it go and missed the mark..that's why it's so much crime. Complaints or just regular requests will go unheard and unnoticed. You are nothing but dead presidents to them. They are laughing all the way to the bank. Office is a joke!! !!! Corporate where you at? Just throw the whole thing away. I do know a program that helps with down payment for a house. They also help with your rent and show you what they don't want you to know. It is a safe haven for those looking to get out of this ridiculousness. You can couple this with FHA if needed. Let's goooo!!!"
"I have called and left several voice-mails to see if there are any openings for a 4 bedroom this has been almost 4 weeks no response back from emails or phone calls."
"Hello, I have been calling about my air being fixed since last Monday. Prior to that I have emailed you all about fixing my air at least 3 times. Melina Ramirez who works in the office has no information on when my air can be fixed and seems as if she doesn’t want to help. She’s very rude and for someone that’s working in the office she never has answers or resolutions for things I’m calling for. I am emailing you all to see who I can contact besides her because when I asked her she didn’t know that either. I have been out of air for months now and with it getting hotter it’s getting unbearable to be in this apartment that I’m paying rent for. I have two kids and one has asthma which not having air doesn’t help that. We’ve gotten hotels and even went and stayed with family members all because we can not stay in this apartment without air conditioning. I literally never give you guys problems, I’m just asking to get my air fixed."
"Very unprofessional. Was giving a settlement amount. I left apartment almost a month ago. Upon recieving the amount so that I might put behind me a bad situation. I went to pay and was told I may owe more. Not only is this holding up my situation in moving into my new place, the management team would not give me the number to corporate office and they called police on me. I was lied too. But obviously this is personal which I don't understand. Yes I'm upset when I was told one thing and once I wanted to resolve it was told another. I haven't been given any documentation explaining the charges which seem to be excessive. But, I was going to pay so that I can move on. This is rediculous!!!"
"I applied for an apartment on Monday. Tuesday Kelsey called me to tell me I was denied because I put on my application I was looking for a job paying at the least $15 an hour with expectations of working 40 hours a week. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. How many people looking for employment right now. So I asked her for corporates number. Today I received a call from Kelsey saying she put my paperwork through and they told her to ask me 3 questions. First of all, you told me I was denied for making too much money from a job I don’t even have. Now you telling me they got more questions. What’s the real truth. Is this a case of discrimination? Can someone from corporate please call me back? Your employee needs some diversity classes"
