"The staff have been very helpful whenever there is a problem and I feel this is a very good value for the expense. The apartment has a nice layout with the open floor concept for the kitchen/living/dining area and a good size balcony with a small closet for outside storage."

"Very pleased since I moved here in February 2017. Helpful office staff, clean units, and maintenance has been quick to attend to any needs I've had (which haven't been major). Staff even has sent personalized letters asking how my new cat has been. Only downside on occasion is that folks going to the nearby restaurants can take up parking spots on the east side sometimes that are (seemingly) intended for residents, but it is not clearly marked if restricted. Best apartment I've lived at in my four years of renting."

"The quality of the apartment is excellent, the staff are great, and parking is just like anywhere else. First come, first serve. The only thing I wish was different is the staff being more strict/(maybe put up a camera?) and see who leaves their dogs poop all over the yard instead of picking it up."

"Natalie the property manager is always great to work with, very helpful and genuine. The maintenance staff is always quick to lend a hand. Very nice downtown apartment feel without the noise. The only issue we had was parking at times can fill up quickly. Great Experience!"

"When we first moved in here it was great, great staff, maintenance and neighbors however a year after living here the new management took over the property Feb 2015 and got rid of the best employees here, now the place is absolutely horrific. The new owners seem to be all about money so they do not want to fix anything the right way because they want to save money so they do everything partial and have been snobby and rude. They now seem to move in anyone and everyone no matter their background or not just to get cash flow coming in. We've witnessed drug activity and alcoholics roaming around holding bottles of liquor. So the neighbors are terrible. Parking is just as others have stated, its literally parking wars here. There is nowhere to park EVER. People leave their spare cars sitting in the parking lot for a year without being touched and some people have upwards of 5 cars per unit, leaving it to be unfair for those that have 1 or 2 cars and have to park 2 blocks away and walk to the apartment they are paying to live in. They do absolutely nothing to endorse any of their so called "rules", which is why their is also dog feces everywhere you step. Work orders also go unattended for weeks. I have been told by very reliable sources that they were making false maintenance orders just to enter peoples apartments because they wanted to evict them. We have had terrible issues with mold & mildew, a lot of thick ice growing inside on the windows and doors and leaking ceilings and windows. These are single pane windows and doors! At first glance most apartments here will seem to be great just beware, they cover up a lot and you wont notice it until you have lived in the unit a bit. And the staff will try to convince you that nothing is wrong. Please be very cautious when dealing with these people and these apartments! The previous owners/management were great as i stated in the beginning, prior to Feb 2015 this place was a good place to call home, it was after then everything i stated had occured."
