Relax Inn

"Stayed there 3 times in the last 6 mos. Same thing , no hot water , cockroaches over running inside the hotel and hookers and dope dealers over running parking lot , never again , 3rd time was a charm and not a lucky one !!!"

"I would like everyone (honestly in the world) to know that this motel is taking advantage of non-profits and stealing money. Their property manager, Heather, stole thousands of dollars by taking our credit card information. I hope she feels great about taking money from families in need!"

"Absolutely the worse hotel standing The pool is nasty and closed been closed 5 yrs the guest laundry room is dirty When I finally got past the office I get to my room and people are in there Asked about this and was told it's the only room there and that the people were leaving Then they left their stuff in the room and I was told just trash it or take it or put it outside that they didn't care what I did with it The room is super nasty There is dead cockroachs in the room Food left in the fridge Dishes left behind Handles broken off the dresser Sink left with food in it I was told there isn't house keeping available right now and that I would have to clean my room myself Was given no sheets blankets pillows towels or wash clothes Untill I asked for them then they act like I asked for to much Finally I get to lay down if you want to call it that, and no more then a hr laying there trying to settle in 2 bedbugs come crawling across the blanket And when I say I had to clean the room there was 2 giant boxes of trash left As well as 6 boxes of the prev peoples stuff in the room And they left a fish in the room"

"Not bad for the price. No bells and whistles hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s located right off the expressway. Good place to just stop if you’re on a road trip just to layover and get a shower and some sleep. Walmart and restaurants near. No complaints. The internet wasn’t great but like I said it a clean hotel and no frills. Location was ok not noisy and ppl weren’t hanging around.While I was there it was quiet."

"I work in the hotel industry. So, I'm very picky when it comes to hotels and customer service! Let me tell you this hotel gets 5 stars in every category, from me. Heather the front desk person, is super nice and understanding and just goes above her job. The hotel, and the rooms are super clean, smell good, and bug free! The price is very reasonable, especially for how good care the hotel is in! Location cannot be better!"
