Lakeview Apartments

"We moved here in Dec of 2021; we are coming up to our 2-year mark and so far, we have truly enjoyed living here. It is peaceful (for the most part), clean, the office is always helpful and communicates any information we may need to know. The maintenance responds in a timely fashion if they are needed, and the grounds are always well kept. We have no intentions of moving, and it helps that all of the people in my specific building are friendly. If I had one complaint, I wish they had a better playground for my kid (and the other kids), but that isn't enough to lose a star over."

"Still no Air conditioning since I moved in Last July of 2021. Now I have a new born baby and the apartment stays over 80. Maintenance says they do not know what’s wrong with it. They are only doing this to me because I’m mentally disabled. If I was a normal person and new how to stick up for myself they would have fixed my air last summer. Now it’s too hot for me and my baby to live here."

"I rented my apartment over one year ago from this complex and have had no issues that weren’t addressed appropriately. The maintenance staff has always been friendly, and the front desk staff have always answered any questions I’ve had quickly. I recently had to break my lease to help take care of my mother, and the staff understood and I wholeheartedly trust that they will try and get my apartment rented out timely so that I can stop paying on an apartment I’m not living in. Great complex, quite community, and the location is superb. Close enough to downtown Franklin that it makes participating in local community events easy, but far enough away that traffic isn’t too big of an issue. Beautiful complex during the summer, and the only complaint I’ve ever had was about snow removal in the parking lots… but that even by itself wasn’t too big an issue. I highly recommend living here. Great pricing, great location, great customer service."

"I moved into Lakeview apartments in 2021 the apartment upon move in was very clean nothing wrong with the apartment what so ever. Living in a two bedroom downstairs. Outside kept nice and the inside before entering the apartment is also very well kept. So far I have no complaint about this apartment what so ever."

"My fiancé and I lived there from 2017-this past July and had zero issues. It was quiet, staff was friendly and the maintenance was always prompt and handled whatever issues we had (which maybe 2-3 fixes that I can even think of). We grew our family there and enjoyed the time we spent. Karen was our neighbor and she was the absolute best! Our building was quiet and we never had problems with any of our neighbors. The only issue we really had was the amount of space and maybe the outdated look. We started our family there and just outgrew it! You can bet if they would’ve had a townhome option or something with 1200+ sq footage we would’ve stayed! They are so much better than the place we are currently renting, just in terms of maintenance and office help alone."
