"Our Apartment manager Lucy, her new assistant & Maintenance men Andy & Joe are very friendly & are here at Cove Apts for the tenants. Lucy is a fair and honest manager. She cares about her tenants and the property. Well done to Franklin Cove Staff. Our Apartments were recently refurbished & They look brand new & with new appliances and heating / ac. As A Senior, I'm Very satisfied living at "The Franklin Cove Apartments"."
