"i moved in here 3 months ago. at the time mary was the leasing lady. the new lady doesn’t care about anything! i have been calling maintenance for 3 weeks straight. my fridge went out on me and they never came to fix it. and i had to end up fixing the fridge myself ! my stove went out the same time as my fridge and this is week 4 i have not been able to cook any food or use my oven ! on top of that they never replaced my air filter just painted over it. it’s filthy and has been causing me to be sick since i moved in."

"If you dont get a washer and dryer in unit, they expect you to use the shared laundry units by the office. The windows are always left open, 24/7. I have walked by before and seen mice scurrying across the ground. Its gross. My clothes would be dirtier bringing them in there than just not washing them."
