"I have lived here about 6 months and I love my new home! This place is very well maintained and the community is friendly. We have a food pantry twice a month that is awesome…very helpful and stocked with good nutritional food. There are also other activities each month…arts and crafts, nutritional classes, contests. I would highly recommend Thompson Village as your next home!"

"Been living here since 2020, started out okay but the place started falling apart, management before the change was good but now they’re awful. We went from having around a 700.00 rent, which mind you is pricey even for when we moved in as the apartment is a shoebox, to almost 900.00 in the span of two years. They installed speed bumps as tall as my car, which would be fine if the other residents wouldn’t fly around here like the lot was the brickyard, which has damaged the front end of my car. They switched the washer and dryer machines to another company with no notice which made me lose 40 bucks to an app that no longer worked. This place has become increasingly frustrating and for reasons that seem more like neglect to anyone who doesn’t live in the actual homes. I would say I’m saving up to move but with the price of the rent on this decrepit shoebox I live in that’s not possible either."

"staff has entered my home without notice or consent (and then were incredibly rude when I had issues with this) and they have towed my truck TWICE with it being ON THE LEASE. i have lived here since 2019, and had no issues until new management took over. cannot wait to leave."

"Great staff. Great maintanance team. Work orders completed in a timely fashion. Playground and pool are nice amenities. Neighborhood is in decline however. I had my licence plate stolen off my car and they replaced it with a stolen plate. They should restart the neighborhood watch prgram."

"This is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in by far! They exceeded my expectations from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. The approval process didn't take long. The maintenance crew responded quickly and efficiently every single time, and were always polite while in my apartment space. I would even regularly see them sweeping the parking lots early in the morning! The ladies in the front office are a total delight. They put on little community get togethers for the complex in the clubhouse, which is a great way to meet your neighbors and feel safe. I took my time and looked at a lot of apartments in the area before finding Thompson Village. They are by far the most affordable AND are the best quality of the ones I looked at. The one bedroom took the cake in the most spacious of the area. (The layout is super comfy too!). The only complaint I can see anyone having would be they could hear their neighbors if they're extremely noisy. However that's most apartments. I did not experience this issue at all. I had very kind and respectful neighbors, which made me feel very safe being a single female college student. This is definitely a place I have and will continue to recommend to my friends and family."
