"Scam alert: I notice they post units on their site as if they’re available when in fact they’re not. I’ll give you an example their two bedroom two bath unit and AN1 unit will be available one day and then waitlisted and back available. They change the price occasionally and move in date to get people coming when in fact there isn’t one available in the first place. This is to get your $150."
"SCAM! Please save your money and do NOT bother applying. I was told I couldn't even see the apartment until after I paid the non-refundable $100 application fee and $50 waiting fee. After spending $150 just to apply, I had to call them once or twice a week for two months because they would not give me any information other than I was approved. Nobody would return my phone calls or emails. The property manager told me she was too busy, and after three months I just said screw it and let them get away with taking my $150 and ghosting me."
"Next month is my 2 years of living at Sebring Court Apartments. I really like living here. The maintenance crew are awesome. They are nice and are great in getting things fixed. Those working in the office are very friendly too."
"Lived here for a combined 6 years at two properties. I love my apartment. When something bad happens people are always there to help. Maintenance is seen all over the property picking up and running service. Office staff and property managers are friendly and respectful. Where else could I have an apartment with garages right outside my door under 700 a month?! Connie is a wonderful property manager and so was my other at Stanford. Pretty birds and good views. Quiet and peaceful. I'm a happy camper."
"I have no complaints living here. The maintenance team works quickly and my neighbors are as quiet as you can expect living in an apartment. I love my patio and plan to start a little garden in the spring. The office staff is really nice; Jennifer is a sweetheart. Nicely remodeled too, I love the white cabinets!"
