"ROACHES!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I wish I knew this before I moved here! I pay $1213 plus for a 1 bedroom AND HAVE ROACHES!!!!!. I have a clean beautiful home. These roaches are coming from someone else. When it is a complaint of roaches THE COMPLEX SHOULD INSPECT ALL CONNECTING APARTMENTS AND TREAT ALL. I have to pay a PEST CONTROL FEE EVERY MONTH.. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN NOT TO MOVE HERE! Now I’m sure someone else will have to come in my home while I’m not there to spray something that will not work. I am sure someone needs to be evicted due to the living situations. The walls are very thin you smell anything anyone is cooking. I have African neighbors and it smell like they cooking rotten bodies. I use the bathroom and can hear my neighbor conversation like she in the bathroom with me. It’s not because she being loud it’s the structure of the building. Rude neighbor above me think they can sound like they 1000lbs but want everyone else quite because they have a newborn. Maintenance come in and leave before anything is fixed. No disposal! This is the last apartment I live in and the worst for the price I pay. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE COMFORTABLY FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY… Do NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! I’m sure management will respond to this post before they reach out about the pest the buildings are breeding. It’s automated but if you have time to waste doing that come inspect these people living in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3..4adults and 4 kids. I’m sure you will find a few problems. I will be sending a letter to end my lease as soon as my lease is up!"

"Maria wouldn’t acknowledge the 30 days notice I gave or answer my subleasing questions. Feels like the leasing office is trained to avoid answering emails or actually working with tenants so that they have an excuse to charge an extra $1,000 on top of the standard $2,000 moving out fee. Don’t let them steal from you"
