"I lived here for 14 months, and this is the best apartment complex I have lived in yet. Maintenance is timely and so kind when you see them around the complex, and the leasing office ladies are pleasant and helpful! Kinsey is very responsive and nice! Location is obviously great, I feel safe, it is clean inside and out, and once you get a parking tag that is so nice to have!"

"I love Edge 35! From the first time I contacted Kinsey to ask about availability, I’ve had such a lovely experience. There are similar complexes with some of the same offerings, but in my experience at 918, Lockerbie Lofts, and others, they often come with terrible management! Edge 35 has been the one to break that pattern for me. Staff is always super helpful and kind. We have great amenities including a brand new gym (easily the nicest I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex). My unit is the perfect size for me and my pets. The property is super pet friendly, deliveries are a breeze with the Amazon hub in the lobby, and the location is unmatched as far as the Fountain Square neighborhood. So glad I came here, and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon!"

"I lived here for just over a year. I couldn't be happier with the apartment itself, it was definitely the nicest one I'd lived in so far. Echoing other reviews, the management was very responsive and helpful. They are also are on site during business hours, which is always nice. The package delivery situation (very important!) was very easy - there is an Amazon Hub and a keyed delivery room for secure deliveries. Living at Edge 35 in Fountain Square was really fun, and I was sad to leave for a new job."
