"The management of the Canterbury House Apartments is AWFUL! They never answer the phone the Voicemail box is full, and when you stop by during normal business hours you can never find anyone in the office. Shayree lied directly to me saying there was no email addresses on the applications when I filled them out myself and wrote them for both applicants. The only reason I heard from her was because I called the home office number for Kittle Properties and left a message with the HR department. This obviously got the attention of the supervisors of the local manager and assistant manager at CHA Lebanon. Explaining why Shayree was so rude and inappropriate as well as completely unprofessional during our call. We will definitely be looking elsewhere for a better place to call home!"

"My daughter in law has been trying to move into these apartments since May. Has been nothing but lied too for 3 full months. Was promised an apartment and even given an address on June 21st. She has 2 small kids and one on the way. Here it is the end of July and every time we go up there the door is locked and “they are in a meeting” We have asked to speak to a supervisor and still nothing. This is not ok!!"

"I've been trying to get into contact with them for at least a week. All voice-mail boxes are full, no one responds to emails, and when you go during business hours no one is there. I spoke with the on-site security officer about how to get into contact since I can't leave any messages and he wasn't sure. He stated that this seems to be a constant problem. It sounds like I shouldn't be renting from them anyways. Imagine having a problem, and this is how they treat it, avoidance."

"Under New Management so far the best management that we have had I've been here 3 years. She very friendly always smiles. She's firm but fair if you have any problems she will take care of them. Usually just ask her one time she fixes things. She's doing a very good job fixing this place up."

"Never quick to fix anything important but super quick to issue eviction notices 24 hours after rents due when I've literally got all but 100 of it in my pocket at this moment and waiting for tomorrow when my wife gets paid cuz she gets paid on oh low and behold FRIDAY!!!!!! We're supposed to have til the 6th before you put a notice on the door it is the 2nd tomorrow when I pay rent I expect the maintenance guy here to fix my dishwasher and the hole in my ceiling that's been leaking for 2 days!!!! Update: Great to hear back from you guys as soon as my wife gets up I'll be heading to the bank to put my money back in as I now have all of rent in pocket and I will make the payment. Looking forward to my new dishwasher thanks"
