"when I first got here things were chaos, and I feel for everyone here whose been let down in the past, BUT now that the new people took over earlier this year, the office and maintenance have fixed every thing was requested of them, they have made the dumpsters nicer so the grounds always look nice, they really care about this place and I hope they will be here a long time"

"Problem since day 1, but getting better. Management had 2 weeks to prepare my apartment and called me 5 minutes upon arrival with my life packed up and a 45 minute drive, my parent's and I had taken the day off and asked if I could move in the following day. They gave me a whole $250 credit and painted as I moved in. That's only where it began. 1 month after move in mold started appearing on the ceiling in the bathroom. From July to last week (now December) I have put in multiple work orders and finally got it fixed correctly. I had to put off half a day of plans on my day off to stay home and make sure the ceiling was cut out. Only to find a lot more mold and the water leak causing it all. Only took 3 different numbers to get my maintenance man out on a Saturday when water was finally running down the wall. Mind you I have been sick since July and missed multiple days of work. It is pretty quiet here besides the countless people in the 1 bedroom apartment above me in and out all hours on the day and night and always sounds like a construction site above my head at night. I would love it here if management would make it right and would have fixed my health issue a long time ago. Rent is the cheapest around and utilities are dirt cheap. Maybe this will get the attention needed from management since you can never catch them in the office and they don't respond to emails. Update: Management has reached out to resolve the issues at hand. To clarify I have nothing against my maintenance man as he is awesome and was not in control of a lot of what has happened. Our current property manager was not here for a lot of this time nor was our maintenance man. Does not make excuses for why it took so long to fix such a major issue. Most of what has not been resolved is minor, but yet was still mentioned at move in and not fixed. Management has been making improvements in keeping the property clean and looking presentable."

"Lived here for 3 years rent has gone up $220 from the beginning, not worth over $800 for a one bedroom. Huge pest problem! Can't ever catch the lady who works in the office. It says 8am to 5pm but good luck half the time there is no one there. Maintenance is pretty quick to come fix anything you call about. Just wish that there actually was someone you can get in contact with when there is an issue. Starting to get mice from the apartment under me, luckily I have cats and they have killed the ones coming in, can't call to tell anyone because there is never anyone in the office! Hate that we have to pay online before when Sadie worked there we could do rent through money orgers now I have to pay an extra $3 to pay my over priced rent. I get they are trying to make the apartments better and fixing theng but we really need someone to ACTUALLY BE IN THE OFFICE!"

"4 Management companies in less than a year and stuff that should have been repaired or replaced last year still needs fixing. And rent kept going up a lot. Monthly water fee is per apartment no matter how many live there or how much water is used. Many washers have been broken for a while. The trash overflows. Mgt performs housekeeping inspects and threatens to evict you. Many buildings have mold. There is more, but enough for now."

"Sadie was an amazing landlord, the communication was great, if there were any issues, they would be handled and overall living there was great. Unfortunately with new management from Wellsway Management, there is zero communication, an increase in rent of $900-$1000 for apartments that aren't updated, there are zero amenities, and trying to get in touch with anyone in office is a pain with then only being open Monday Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 2pm. Even then there are days when the office is closed when it's scheduled to be open. I have moved out and found better apartments in better condition and with amenities for the a similar price."
