"They couldn't get rid of the roaches we had they weren't even from us they sprayed for months still couldn't get rid of the the property manager didn't seem to care just wanted us to live there took me calling corporate and the health department to get out of our lease this place is disgusting the trash is always over flown and parking sucks we paid for a parking permit for them to do nothing about visitors who just park anywhere do not live here dodge this place its ran down"

"Kise estates charge rent like it’s a high end apartment!! The parking is absolutely ridiculous! You can’t drink the water, because it’s too salty. You have to turn up the tv, when the in wall ac units are used. They paint the countertops, which is stupid. Get water on a small crack in the paint and it bubbles. For $125 more than what I was paying, you could get one of the new ones on Lebanon st. And you would get stainless appliance, washer and dryer in each unit, granite countertops, and some one pick up your trash at your door to dispose of it. 2bed-1bath. Same as I had at Kise"

"worth the read… if it could be a 0 star rating it would. DO NOT live here. they have cockroaches EVERYWHERE and when you tell them about them they don’t do anything to fix the situation. when we first moved into the apartment it was not cleaned at all and they did not give us a working smoke detector which also hints that they did not clean the apartment because it would beep every 2 minimum till we went and bought our own batteries for it. my mom lived also lived at kise and her next door neighbor died in the apartment a few months ago and they DIDNT even clean or put in new carpet. we ended up breaking our leases because the apartments are just disgusting and for the price. they aren’t even worth paying 500$. I have pictures to prove everything. they also charge for every single thing."

"The property manager and mantaince staff sucks The maintenance girl is a extremely and sticking her nose in mind and families business She likes to pass rumors about my family too and especially to my grandsons and texts my daughter and tells what the office wants me and my mom thrown out of here A person CANNOT GET STRAIGHT ANSWERS AND HONEST ANSWERS My mom has been told 5 times how much the rent is and different answers I give this place a one This place needs to get better management and I of girls n the office talks so low I can just barely hear by phone and n person."

"Take time to read this! If I could give the actual apartments less than a star I would. They are extremely old, patched together worse than a 5 year old child could patch playdoh sculptures, and infested with Roaches. From my time living there in two units over the span of 4 years; I have experienced everything from pipes leaking and molding walls, rain water trapped and bellowing my bedroom ceiling at night (the best part about this is, when I called maintenance I was told they would fix it the next day, surprise, never happened and I had to essentially drain the water, and mud patch what I could just temporarily, didn’t even paint. Just wanted the hole covered) roaches infested in both units, consistent marijuana smells through hallways and through our unit (not to the fault of the apartment management but at the same time, fines only go so far), rotted cabinet floors, broken screen door locks and instead of replacing the door we were told to just use a piece of wood to keep the door locked while we were away, when we really started to notice roaches in the first unit we were told they would do a spray through and treatment, cool thing about cameras is we can see if it actually happens. It did not so we called orken who then called the health department to bill Kise on our behalf for the spray. This solved the roach issue up until we moved to the second unit, where again we faced the same roach issue. Called kise, was told they would do a spray through and again, nothing. With the camera we actually called corporate and reported this. Within a week, I would say someone did actually come but they only sprayed in the bathroom, then walked out and said “they already have traps down so they have definitely had them but I don’t see any so they should be good.” I’m not a professional exterminator but roaches tend to like dark damp places, you won’t see them if you don’t look in these places unless they just happen to be out and about. Not an excuse to just shrug shoulders. After all of this, we were fed up. No compensation, no real action, just consistent apologies and empty promises. Do not, under any circumstance unless you are desperate, live here. You are gambling and will never turn out with your hand being lucky."
