"First the positives - The young man who checked me in was very polite and accommodating. The mattress on the bed was firm, and the sheets were clean. I was able to park near the entry and enjoyed easy access from the highway. The room was spacious and well-heated. Now, my concerns - The room needs a THOROUGH cleaning and probably disinfecting. When I opened the refrigerator (I didn't even look at the microwave), I was greeted by black mold. It was disgusting. I left my "go box" from dinner in the truck outside. The carpet was filthy as well. I either wore my boots or my house shoes unless in bed or the shower. The bed itself was haphazardly made, with the sheets not tucked in properly. The deadbolt on the room door did NOT work, and no safety latch was available, although I could see where a safety chain had once been installed. My room was the first one from the entry desk, and I could hear everything said there. While the toilet bowl should be cleaned, the seat section behind where the seat attaches to the commode itself was disgusting and stained. The coffee maker is missing the section that holds the coffee pod. I could have used the pod as a tea bag, I guess."

"The guy that checked me in and out was amazing he had great customer service when we was checking out at 1015 I new we missed breakfast but my child asked if we were getting some and told him that we over slept and missed it I told us to go get somethings before he puts it up and if we wanted anything he already put up he would get it back out for us . They were doing construction while we were there they started and ended at good times . The room could of used alittle work on it but for the price it's a good deal I will agree I wished the back entrance door was locked at all times . We will be back"

"Got in very late after 10 hours driving and was pleasantly surprised to find this location for my stay. From Check-in to Check-Out was treated with great kindness and care. Rates were absolutely great compared to other local facilities. Staff was exemplary in every way. Would absolutely stay in the future if on this route again."

"So this was a hard pass for us. We gladly ate our money from the no-refund reservation out of many concerns for safety and health, and left immediately. We had booked as a last resort option on our trip home and it was not worth it! 1) Night manager took a personal call while checking us in (unprofessional and not a health/safety concern, but not a good sign). 2) The back door to the hotel does not require a key to enter! This is right off the highway, literally anybody can walk in! We actually had concerns about one "guest?" who was wandering around both floors and outside kind of hovering near our vehicle while we inspected our room at first. 3) The door to our room was loose in its frame, the deadbolt didn't work and there was no other internal safety chain or latch to use. Add to that, it appears the door had previously been kicked in/forced open as the frame had been splintered and recently painted over. Major safety concerns here. 4) While the sheets looked clean, the blankets were not and there was evidence of likely prior bed bug infestations noting the stains on the mattress and mattress cover. Gross. 5) Hard floors without carpet were grungy, hair of all sorts collected at the base of the beds and other furniture. 6) Microwave looked like it had been covered in syrup and dust, and then "cleaned" with a dirty rag. 7) Bathroom was... old/outdated at best and looked like previous water damage had been painted over. So overall just not good. I can guarantee you are not getting your money's worth here. The front desk area has been dressed up so makes it look better than it is. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
