"DONT DO IT MICE CITY I stayed at this complex for 3 years because of the price, but it was definitely NOT worth it. That place was infested with mice. In the 3 years k was there, they never exterminated the mice, they just gave us traps every Thursday. My neighbor would catch about 6 mice on one trap, that’s how infested they were. Barbie and Stephanie at the leasing office are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. I would wake up to no heat or hot water and they would tell me to warm up water on the stove. they force people to pay for new appliances, to replace the 14 year old ones"

"Management is the worse, Stephanie needs to be fired or definitely retrained. Very rude and if you call her out because of her rude behavior she threatens to have you evicted. We will definitely be contacting our lawyers. Hallway are always filthy the staff just is not professional and looks like drug addicts."

"Don’t be fooled by the security shack at the front, there isn’t anyone in it most nights. The apartment building next to mine burned down, i told them i was moving out, then they kept my security deposit because i didn’t write it down, but when they asked about if i was staying i told them it depended on wether or not there would be a working fire hydrant for the building and the construction dumpster would be done, and that was in writing. The management is exceptionally rude and I heard they just fired the nicest grounds keeper. Then they wanted to raise the rent. They kept my security and i just got a call randomly saying they want more money. Also the washer and dryers don’t work well."

"I moved in a year ago, and I love my apartment. Staff is always friendly, maintenance is professional. Their emergency on call actually responds compared to other properties that I've lived in and I like the fact that I'm close to the highways making my commute to Chicago easy."

"Stephanie the manager tried to blame me and my boyfriend for a washer that had been previously broken for over 6 months. We used it a couple hours after it was seen fit to use and they blamed us saying we caused a fire by overfilling the machine. Her staff said they were gonna mace us. They lied and said the machine was never ok to use because they threw away the mechanic slip and didnt think we would notice. Then when we brought it to her to show they were lying she ripped it up and said “haha see” in a childlike manner. Shes old enough to be my mother meanwhile i just turned 20z I tried talking to her adult to adult but if you dont give her attitude she catches one and tries to throw you out. If you act any bit of educated she wont even try to speak to you she will just throw you out. She also has her kids running around the property building as if its not dangers with the unfinished stairs and the skinny railings. She said her staffing talking about macing us was fine because she didnt say it directly to our faces. Shes a miserable human being with a apartment complex. Treating people who make your living like trash will backfire on her sooner or later. Whether she likes to think so or not. She will be humbled."
