"I just found out that my rent has been increased from 1075 to 1225 that is additional $150. And also mandating me to get insurance. I just don’t know who to speak with because the last time I was in the office Samantha insulted me for not greeting her since that time this girl has been doing everything to frustrate me and I have been living there for 7 years now."

"Overall a nice and quiet area to live, apartments inside are decent. Nice amount of parking. Staff in leasing office is terrible however. They do not care about their residents at all. They never get back to you regarding issues you may have in your apartment. Communication non existent across board. Also does not shovel or lay down salt during winter seasons! I fell and dislocated my arm WITH my newborn child in my arms due to lack of salt on ground! Lucky I didn’t sue."

"I lived at this complex for 3 years. My neighbors were awesome but not the management. They always expressed concern but Don’t really care. every year the rent Goes up $15-20. Regardless, the fact that my ceiling leaked for 2 years.( it wasn’t attempted to be fix until I told them I wasn’t renewing my lease.) or that it’s a pandemic going on."

"Fire alarm goes off about once a week, management company refuses to replace whatevers wrong with it. Happens so often that the fire department has turned off the system that triggers a response from their side. So here we are, on a Sunday Father's day, alarm going off for about an hour, Tinley Park non emergency crew can't help because it's an issue with the building."

"The apartments are nice. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It takes maintenance a few days to come out and fix things. The parking lot and sidewalk were not plowed and shoveled thoroughly. That's very dangerous and someone could slip and fall."
