Comfort Inn & Suites near Tinley Park Amphitheater

"Clean rooms but could use some updates to bathroom fixtures and furniture. We had a minor issue upon check in - the reservation I made through the app couldn't be found. With exceptional help from Chashona at the front desk we got it all sorted out. She was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful."

"It was clean. The workers nice. NO BEDBUGS no mold no roaches...I'd stay again. It wasn't fancy but it was a good place to stay with a decent pool. Location was good ."

"Very good customer service with the lady there. Rooms are nice and big. Only reason didn't do 5 stars is because our linen had stains. We had the 2 queen suite with a pull out couch. The pull out couch had stains all over the mattress...that was gross but only problem"

"I booked a room with Comfort Inn in Tinley Park and it was paid for before I arrived. I checked in and they told me it would be a $100 deposit which I don't understand, if I paid for it. they did it for $115 and a month later, the funds are still on hold and I can't access them. I reach out several times for the GM to return my call so I can get this figured out, and no one calls back. **UPDATE- I did in fact receive a call back from the gm and they did help me resolve my issue, and it was in fact on the bank and not the hotel, and I have changed my review. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it."
