"Staying at this location for business. Frankly, I'm very impressed. Throughout, the hotel is very clean. However, the rooms are simply immaculate. Clean bedding, pristine bathrooms, simply elegant. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This hotel seems newer. The building and rooms are updated and very well kept. I very much appreciate that they clean your room everyday - as hotels should. I travel often and many hotel chains used the pandemic to cut services such as cleaning the rooms to be decreasing their labor expenses while increasing their profits. For that particular reason, I choose to stay at hotels that have decided to return to good solid service and daily room cleaning. This hotel is all that. The rooms that I've stayed in are nicely decorated, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Service by all the staff that I met were polite, efficient, and friendly. The restaurant has decent breakfast, lunch options and the bar is nicely stocked with bartenders that do a nice job with mixed drinks. Overall, very nice and my favorite hotel in the Tinley Park/ Orland Park area. My only ask is that the management of the hotel maintain their high standards. I highly recommend!"

"Terrific hotel and staff. Special thanks and appreciation to Natalie, who went the extra mile answer my questions and find a room to meet our needs. This is a new, well-designed Holiday Inn with a large lobby and a lot of natural light, perfect to hang out, or enjoy breakfast, coffee, or a cocktail. Our guest room had a large TV, great lighting (two sets of shades: room darkening and light filtering) and places to put everything! Very clean. Highly recommend!"

"The reason I chose this hotel is because of all of the raving reviews. Which are now questionable. Upon check in the staff was rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel is deteriorating at a rapid rate. The AC was off on the fourth floor it was extremely hot on 8/23. The staff was in a meeting and wouldn’t address our concerns. I had to come back to the checkin to address the AC after calling. My next concern was I asked for towels and was told that no one was available to bring them that I would need to come back to the counter. They should have been stocked before we checked in. There was no tissue in the room. We had to re-clean the room because it wasn’t done properly. They do not change the comforters unless they’re soiled I witnessed the male house keeper use the same comforter as he cleaned a room. He placed it in the chair changed the sheets and added it back. The guest were not returning I saw them check out as we left for breakfast. The staff appears as if they do no like working here. The location is nice but the hotel has an influx of drug users using its facilities seen in the elevators and parking lot. I did not feel safe nor will I recommend this hotel."
