"Very clean and quiet. I was only visiting a friend there, but the units were very clean and up to date. No visible wear and tear from previous tenants. There was plenty of parking space available, but finding the place was a little difficult."

"No ones ever on the same page as far as landlord and maintenance. Having a portal is pointless I've been here not even 6 mths and have been lied to and waiting for things to get done. For the rent I pay they should be better about doing their job."

"I’ve lived in my current duplex for nearly a year now. They’re really nice. I’ve had very few issues since moving here. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbor’s baby cry, which can be annoying especially when I’m trying to sleep as I work nights and sleep during the day. The living room is cold, no matter what I set the thermometer on. We are allotted 3 parking spots right in front of the duplex, and for the last week some random car has been parked in one of my spaces, which isn’t a huge deal for me I’m only occupying one space."

"Great place to live. Maintenance doesnt do a very good job at reading your requests in the portal but if you contact the landlord through email it gets fixed fairly quickly. All the units are very nice and so are the landlords. Do wish they had a playground for all the kids. I heard we will have one by next spring. There is only one dumpster for everyone and very little parking space. Enough for you and your neghbors and one guest spot that you both have to share. We enjoy living here."
