"I want to give 5 star for nice and clean room and Bed was comfortable but will give 4 star because we have issue with internet connection as we were not able to log in. we stay here for work purpose but have to leave next day due to bad internet."
"I asked to see the room before being charged. We had one great econo lodge room on our trip and one terrible one. The owner was rude and absolutely refused to allow me to see a room before booking. Said I’d leave “footprints” if I went in to smell the room or check the bed. Nope!"
"Flea infested last time I was there! They need to ask all the proper questions at check in! Not bring up stuff when you get your deposit back. Room was cleaner when I checked out than it was at check in!"
"I came in late (11pm). Main door was locked. Lady talked to me thru the glass. I said I had a reservation that was paid for... took her 5 times to understand me... she went and came back wanting to charge me! I finally showed her my email saying it was paid for. She got me a room card. I had to ask how to get to my room, that took 3 tries. Get to my room and if smelled like fresh paint. Took forever to get hot water for a shower. I get up the next morning and discovered a roach on the dresser. **pic included ** Also they claim to have breakfast.... it was 3 bowls on a table... one bowl apples... second bowl store bought honey buns... third bowl small bottles of sunny D orange drink (no ice). I hope they get their stuff together!"
