"They're pretty bad at responding and don't always tell the truth. I was told that I would always be contacted if someone needed to enter my apartment. I had their facilities enter my apartment without knocking on two occasions, one of which when I had COVID. I lived in the one bedroom apartments near Rose Hulman. The room itself is worth the $550 rent, but the customer service is extremely fake. On one occasion, my entire side of the parking lot was blocked off due to adding new asphalt to the many potholes surrounding the lot. I had to call off work and miss class because they trapped me in the parking lot with no prior notice by email or phone that this would be happening. The worst is they have a base charge of $165 for cleaning fees when you get your deposit back. I left the apartment spotless, much better than the condition I got it in. My apartment was much cleaner compared to a neighbor's apartment condition when moving out and we both ended up having the same fees on the return deposit."
