"I am not a resident but have heard good things am hoping to get an apartment there I am in dire need of a home I live with my brother now and I need a place of my own. I just want to know if my call is taken is there an application process or I come in and what's the rent on a 1 or 2 bed apartment as I don't know what websites are real would really love to be apart of this community as a lasting member-with hope and a merry Christmas- Alex"

"I've been here for a month now and I really like it. It's conveniently located, near Walmart and Regional Hospital. It has a pool, which I can't wait to try out. Been very quiet so far. Most of the people seem very friendly. Maintanance and staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is all the dog poop. It's everywhere. They do have two "poop stations", but from what I've seen, they don't keep them filled up with bags. I doubt a lot of the people would use them anyway, since some even let their dogs poop on the sidewalks. It's a shame that people don't take more pride in their living area."

"My daughter and i have been very happy here. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 is privacy on back patio, would love there to be privacy fences between each apt patios. Don't like being watched and not feeling private. I haven't been able to save enough money to put up a fence. Maybe by next good weather I can. Love all the staff very helpful and friendly."
