Arbors at Honey Creek

"This is not a good place to rent. It’s across the street from a free housing complex. There is no division of space except for a road between the apartments and that free housing complex that may not bother some people, but I thought it was information that some people might want to know. They will charge you 100% the cost of the carpeting when you move out regardless of what it looks like. We only lived there one year. The rent went from 850 to 980 so we found a house to rent instead. The apartment has zero amenities the gym that they have is in their office and is locked up when they leave the plate equipment is old and dated. It is a mud pit. There is lots of cop activity as well. So the apartments look nice because they put carpeting in that the last tenant paid for and they paint it so they look nice but that’s about all they have going for them."

"Living at Arbors at Honey Creek has been a great experience. The people at the office are always very friendly and willing to help anyway they can. Anytime I have a issue they send someone out in a timely manner to fix whatever I need. My children enjoy the playground and playing with their friends around the complex. The grounds are clean and well kept."

"Was not the right fit for me and my husband, however my parents and sister love it here. You have to be in a certain income bracket to live here. That is why it did not work. Offers up to a 4 bedroom apartment. Maintenance is always nice and quick to come out and look at something. Always shovel and salt in the winter. The grass and bushes are alway kept up in the summer. The office always has holiday celebrations for the kids, my daughter loves going with my mom. There is a small gym for residents to use. There is also a little play ground for kids. There could be a bit more parking spots. Also the ceiling/floor from upstairs to downstairs are paper thin. You can almost hear a conversation threw them."
