The new property manager (Adam) is very helpful and he did not ignore issues like they used to do in previous management."

"Unacceptable Service and Maintenance - Strong Warning to Prospective Tenants My experience with Sycamore Place Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my grievances to warn potential tenants of the numerous issues I've encountered: Weekend Management Absence: Management is inexplicably unavailable during weekends, leaving tenants without assistance when needed the most. This lack of availability is both inconvenient and unacceptable. Weekend Service Charges: To add insult to injury, when we faced a critical issue during the weekend and requested immediate service, we were told it would come at an additional cost. This exploitative practice is both unethical and reflects a disregard for tenant well-being. Recurring Toilet Clog: Our toilet has clogged eight times, and despite numerous requests for proper repairs, the issue persists. Waiting for days without a functional toilet is not only unsanitary but also reflects a lack of urgency in addressing fundamental living conditions. Delayed Repairs and Indifferent Attitude: When we finally contacted management on Monday for the recurring toilet issue, we were informed that the service person was unavailable until Tuesday. This delay is unacceptable, and the indifferent attitude displayed towards our concerns is disheartening. Clubhouse Access Restrictions: When we requested access to the clubhouse due to the inconvenience caused by the plumbing issue, we were denied access after 5 pm. This lack of flexibility and consideration for residents facing difficulties is disappointing. Extra Charges for Urgent Repairs: The insistence on charging extra for urgent repairs, especially for issues that are clearly the responsibility of the management, is outrageous. Tenants should not bear the financial burden for the apartment's maintenance. Sycamore Place Apartment charges a significant monthly fee, and it is disheartening that we have had to endure such substandard living conditions. Prospective tenants, beware of the management's disregard for tenant concerns and their reluctance to provide timely and adequate services. This experience has been a constant source of frustration, and I strongly advise against renting from the Sycamore Place Apartments. Adam says, its not his problem!! "I used to think this place was great with a great staff . Till we moved out and Adam told me to leave him a 5 star review to help boost his ratings in return he said I could have my full security deposit back and said I’d have it back in 2 weeks . It was almost 2 months before I got it back . I tried emailing and contacting Adam and Madysen and nobody answered I was constantly ignored . Till finally autumn answered and she was the biggest help . But what I’m getting as is Adam is unprofessional and only wants to boost his ratings and will lie to you and mislead you . I contacted the regional manager Margie and she was shocked at the fact all this happened and would like anyone else who he had asked for 5 star reviews and haven’t received their deposit back to contact her . Just call the number on asset living website and asked for Margie"
